I have a very good friend, who's also one of my cousins, and like a big sis to me (we were both born in 1991, but i was born 9 months after her. So you can see why i call her big sis). She's a kids' music teacher in our hometown Shiraz. The only thing is that she's not on Substack.
We met at school but only became friends around 18! Anna started giving me a lift on Wednesday afternoons when we finished early and I'd come to her house and we would chat about all sorts and built our friendship from there. We visited each other a lot at our universities too!
