God, I needed this list to remind myself not to wish these long days away, the low-grade panic of Xmas made so much darker with what's happening in the world. Walks and soup and reading more than 3 pages of my book before reaching for my phone on the list xo

Ahh you're so welcome!! With plants, if you're absolutely exhausted, planting up a few bulbs in a pot for a windowsill/balcony/porch will do you absolute wonders - and it gives you something lovely to look forward to. I've never managed to complete the artists way - I've tried a couple of times. Right now the morning pages feel pretty impossible due to small children waking me up... are you finding it useful? Maybe once they can get themselves out of bed I'll give it another try. x
I'm on Week 8 of the AW! I love the idea of filling yourself with goodness. I've been paying more attention to what I'm watching on tv and choosing things that make me feel happier, even if it means I don't know the latest news ❤
