Totally Fine is live 😉 📚 🎙️
It's publication day! And a very special announcement
It’s publication day! And if that wasn’t exciting enough, I have a VERY exciting announcement so stick with me.
My memoir, Totally Fine (and other lies I’ve told myself) is out TODAY. I’ll try not to use too many caps, but it is VERY EXCITING. I remember a time when this day felt barely possible and then I remember when it felt far away and this will forever be the day that I spent over five hours cycling around London in the most glorious of weather to see my humble creation IN BOOKSHOPS.
In all my wildest dreams, I never thought it’d end up IN BOOKSHOPS. I also cannot wait for you to read it and I have always hoped that it would help people and bring enjoyment as well as solace.
If you don’t have a copy yet, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? Sort your life out here.
So here’s some pics of my book out IN THE WILD.
This bookshop is down the road from where I lived JOYFULLY with Anna and Bas on Fortess Road. Many scenes from the book and life highlights took place in this part of town and I CANNOT believe my book is sitting there in a nice pile. Simply down the road from all the bad dates, silly nights and GREAT parties.
I used to work across the road and regularly come in and browse Libreria. At this point in my life, it had never crossed my mind I wanted to write at all, never mind this book. It’s also across the road from the scene in the book where I get fired from my job. Crazy.
Ok enough of OMG I CAN’T BELIEVE IT. (More pics on my Instagram BTW)
Let’s get onto the news….
Tomorrow (but you’re finding out early) I am launching a BRAND NEW PODCAST
Totally Fine with Tiffany Philippou has arrived!
This is a podcast about those life-altering experiences that shape who we are today and those times when we were not "totally fine". Hosted by Tiffany Philippou (that’s me), this show is about not just what happens to us, but the stigma we feel and how we suppress it. Each week, a guest shares a time they've pretended to be OK when they really weren't and in having these conversations, we quiet the shame monster and remember that we’re not alone. I CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU TO LISTEN TO THESE CONVERSATIONS. We have such SUCH good guests and the themes and topics are just… it’s going to be incredible.
What’s really special about this show is that it’s brought to you by the Is This Working? podcast team. Anna Codrea-Rado is Executive Producer for this and it was all her idea. Also shout out to Chris Bannister for being our editor and for also mixing the music. Our Is This Working? show reached number one in the careers charts on Apple in our last season and we were featured in The Guardian Guide's top five podcasts and The Sunday Times Style Magazine as well as Stylist, Red Magazine, The Economist and Courier. So, we know what’s what.
It’s been SO FUN to be reconnected with this dream team. AND Anna is on the first episode - she talks to me about her job loss and how she pretended to be fine about it (she was back to work only days later) and how she’s realising how that experience still impacts her beliefs around work today. Search for Totally Fine with Tiffany Philippou wherever you get your podcasts. Apple link is here.

As you are my most treasured audience, please do help me out at this very key time. Please leave a review on Amazon for my book ASAP as it helps the algorithms. Please also rate, review and subscribe to the new podcast. I really need you, my newsletter subscribers (and my favourite people) to do this so the unenlightened ;) can find this work, too. Let me know if you do so I can say THANK YOU.
Ok that’s enough for now… It’s been quite the day and thank you for being part of this long-awaited journey with me. I appreciate you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Happy reading and listening.
