This year, I'm thinking about the change that's happened inside of me

Today is my 33rd birthday and it’s sunny outside so I’ll keep it brief. On my birthday, I can’t resist looking back and considering what my life was like on previous birthdays. This is the third newsletter I’ve written on my birthday and it’s interesting that the last two birthday newsletters were centred around the theme of change.
